Kelsey Henderson currently serves as Director at Large for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of NIRI. She is the Practice Manager of Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations at High Country Search Group where she was tapped to build the function from scratch. She spent the earlier part of her career with Korn Ferry’s Corporate Affairs Practice leading execution and serving as the liaison between clients, candidates, and the firm. She partnered with global clients on executive roles for all company types, varying in size and industry. Her passion and specialty within Corporate Affairs is Investor Relations where she has made it her mission to advocate for the function at every turn of her career.
Kelsey holds an MBA from The University of Texas at PB and bachelor’s degrees in marketing and political science from the State University of New York. In addition to NIRI Rocky Mountain, she sits on the board of the Rocky Mountain Association of Recruiters. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, and playing with her Bernedoodle, Walter.
Brandon Potthoff currently serves as Chapter President and previously served as Sponsorship Chair for the Rocky Mountain NIRI Chapter. He joined Ball Corporation in 2013, a global supplier of aluminum packaging for beverage, personal care, and household products customers. Brandon has held multiple positions at Ball, including corporate real estate and global treasury roles and currently serves as Head of Investor Relations. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Benjamin Treseder joined NIRI in 2019 and currently serves as Treasurer, having previously served as Programming Co-Chair for the Rocky Mountain NIRI Chapter. Benjamin has been in a financial services role for 9+ years. Over the course of his career, Ben has helped companies manage solutions for Document & Print Management, Human Relations, and Investor Relations. Benjamin is currently a Senior Account Manager for Broadridge Financial Services, representing Corporate Issuers on tasks relating to Annual & Special Meetings, Corporate Actions, and Shareholder Communication. He enjoys spending time with his wife, baby daughter, and 2 dogs, and races a vintage Formula-V race car.
Hunter Wells has over twelve years of investor relations experience creating and executing best-in-class IR programs for numerous companies across industry sectors. Hunter joined The Hanover Insurance Group, a leading property and casualty insurer, in 2022 as the AVP, Investor Relations. Previously, Hunter served as the Vice President, Investor Relations at Century Communities, one of the largest national homebuilders. From 2017 to 2019, Hunter was the Manager, Investor Relations at Zayo Group Holdings, a communications infrastructure provider, where her team was awarded the “Best IR Program – Telecom” in 2017 and 2018 by Institutional Investor. Prior to her role at Zayo, Hunter was a Vice President at ICR, an integrated communications firm, where she handled IR operations for clients ranging in market cap of $500 million to $15 billion in the consumer and retail sectors. She presently serves on the board of directors for the NIRI Rocky Mountain Chapter and was named a “40 Under 40” honoree in 2020. Hunter graduated from Northeastern University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in 2011.
Davis Barker currently serves as Vice President of Programs for the Rocky Mountain NIRI Chapter and has been a NIRI member since 2024. He is Senior Manager of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance at Ball Corporation (NYSE: BALL), a Fortune 500 company providing global aluminum packaging solutions for beverage, personal care, and household products customers. Prior to joining Ball, Davis spent seven years at CSG (NASDAQ: CSGS), a leading Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) company focused on billing, customer experience, and payments solutions. At CSG, he held roles across M&A, corporate strategy, and investor relations, where he spearheaded several corporate growth initiatives. Most notably, he led multiple transformational buy-side transactions that brought high-growth, SaaS-centric revenue scale to CSG, enabling the company to enter new markets and achieve $1 billion in software revenue. Davis graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2018 with a B.S. in Strategic Communication and a minor in Business Administration.
Geoff High has more than 30 years of experience developing and managing investor relations programs for companies in a broad range of industries. For over a decade, he has served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Colorado-based DMC Global Inc. (Nasdaq: BOOM), which owns and operates a diversified family of industrial manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining DMC, High spent 21 years at Pfeiffer High Investor Relations Inc., where he led investor relations programs for companies in the oil and gas, energy products, industrial, retail, and restaurant sectors. His areas of expertise include IR strategy development and execution, institutional and analyst engagement, shareholder relations, activist defense, ESG communications, and global corporate and crisis communications. In 2024, he led an investor relations team that was nominated for “Best Overall Investor Relations – Small Cap” and “Best Investor Relations in Sector – Energy” by IR Magazine. High holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Benedictine College.
Andy Larkin recently joined AngloGold Ashanti (NYSE: AU) where he leads Investor Relations efforts across the Americas supporting the company’s transition to the North American capital markets. Andy was previously head of Investor Relations at Denver-based Summit Materials, a large US cement and aggregates company, which was taken private by industry leader Quikrete for $11.5bn. Prior to that, Andy held various senior roles in investor relations and corporate finance at Kraft Heinz with positions in Chicago and London.
He holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Strategy, and Accounting from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from the College of New Jersey. He is also a CFA charter holder and completed the IRC in 2024.
