Sponsorships

Each year, the Rocky Mountain Chapter of NIRI offers sponsorship opportunities to area vendors and partners. These sponsorships provide a great way to:

• network with Investor Relations professionals in the Denver area,
• help to support our monthly membership meetings, and
• contribute significantly to our Chapter's success.

We offer multiple levels of sponsorship opportunities, as outlined below:

Diamond Sponsorship, $1,900 - Benefits include:

• Exclusive - only one Diamond sponsorship available per season
• Two Monthly Meeting Co-Sponsorships
• Includes two attendees at every monthly meeting for Sept. 2011 - May 2012
• Manned display table at every NIRI luncheon
• Recognition of sponsorship at every monthly meeting
• Giveaways/raffle to get business cards at the two monthly meeting sponsorships
• Logo/Named sponsor on Rocky Mountain NIRI website home page with link to sponsor's site
• Company logo displayed during each meeting

Please note: The Diamond sponsorship is already committed for the 2011-2012 Meeting year.

Platinum Sponsorship, $1,500 - Benefits include:

• Exclusive - only one Platinum sponsorship available per season
• Two Monthly Meeting Co-Sponsorships
• Two attendees at each sponsored event
• One attendee at each of the other monthly meetings for Sept. 2011 - May 2012
• Manned display table at the two monthly meeting sponsorships
• Company profile of 100 words or less placed on the tables at the two monthly meeting sponsorships
• Giveaways/raffle to get business cards at the two monthly meeting sponsorships
• Logo/named sponsor on website and linked to sponsor's website
• Company logo displayed during each meeting

Please note: The Platinum sponsorship is already committed for the 2011-2012 Meeting year.

Sapphire Sponsorship, $1,200 - Benefits include:

• Two Monthly Meeting Co-Sponsorships
• Two attendees at each sponsored event
• One attendee at each of the other monthly meetings for Sept. 2011 - May 2012
• Manned display table at the two monthly meeting sponsorships
• Company profile of 100 words or less placed on the tables at the two monthly meeting sponsorships
• Giveaways/raffle to get business cards at the two monthly meeting sponsorships
• Logo/named sponsor on website and linked to sponsor's website
• Company logo displayed during each meeting

Gold Sponsorship, $900 - This is our most popular sponsorship. Benefits include:

• Two Monthly Meeting Co-Sponsorships
• Two attendees at each sponsored event
• Manned display table at event
• Company profile of 100 words or less placed on the tables at the luncheon
• Giveaways/raffle to get business cards
• Logo/named sponsor on website and linked to sponsor's website
• Company logo displayed during the meeting

Silver Sponsorship, $500 - Benefits include:

• One Monthly Meeting Co-Sponsorship
• Manned display table at event
• One attendee at event
• Company profile of 100 words or less placed on the tables at the luncheon
• Giveaways/raffle to get business cards
• Logo/named sponsor on website and linked to sponsor's website
• Company logo displayed during the meeting

When you purchase a meeting sponsorship, we will provide you with a list of attendees with their company affiliations prior to the meeting (or meetings) you sponsor. However, please be advised that NIRI national does not permit the use of any member/attendee list for any kind of solicitation, and violations of this policy could result in the loss of your sponsorship and/or membership.

Monthly Event Dates

Sponsors will be assigned to a specific month (or months). Planned event dates are:

* Events are generally expected to occur the 2nd Tuesday of the month; however, actual dates may vary.
