DENVER, CO., March 3, 2010 - The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) announced today that its March 9, 2010 meeting will feature Valeria Alberola, a partner with Q Advisors. Ms. Alberola will provide an update on the state of the capital markets and talk about how the process of raising capital is affected by capital market conditions. She will also discuss the state of the public equity, private equity, debt and M & A markets. All investor relation officers, finance executives, corporate secretaries and other senior level directors are invited to attend.
| Who: | Valeria Alberola is a partner at Q Advisors and has over 14 years of international experience in corporate finance and strategic consulting. At Q Advisors Valeria has executed mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and strategic financial advisory engagements across the technology and communications sectors. Prior to joining Q Advisors, Ms. Alberola was the Director of Business Development for VeloCom, an international telecommunications company, where she was involved in acquisition and capital raising activities. Valeria received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management where she was a Fulbright scholar. |
