DENVER, CO., October 28, 2008 – The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) announced today that its November 11th meeting will feature Brent Fasset, Partner at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, who will discuss regulatory topics impacting publicly-traded companies and their communication strategies. The talk, which will include best practices and current examples, will be geared toward investor relation officers, finance executives and other senior level executives.
Who: Brent D. Fassett is a partner in the law firm of Cooley Godward Kronish. Based in Colorado, his practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies and the investors that support them with a particular focus on life sciences and health care companies. He has counseled numerous types of investors, including angel investors, venture capital funds and investment banks.
