Suzanne Brink
President: Suzanne Brink is Manager of Investor Relations for Royal Gold, a precious metals royalty company. Previously, she was Manager of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for Hauser, Inc. in Boulder, Colorado. She holds an MBA from Washburn University.

Suzanne has been a member of NIRI since 1999. She previously served as Secretary and Communications Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter for the 2008-2009 program year. She also served on the Membership Committee in 2005 and was Treasurer of the chapter in 2001.
Steve Nutt
Program Co-Chair: Steve Nutt is an Account Manager for Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (formerly ADP Investor Communications Services), which is the agent for banks and brokers and handles the distribution and tabulation of proxy materials. He started his career with Broadridge in May 2007, and is responsible for managing for the Rocky Mountain Region including Iowa, Nebraska, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado and Utah. Steve is a native of Colorado and has over 10 years of experience in account management with an emphasis in technology. Steve was a member of the Broadridge Steering Committee tasked with implementing and educating issuers on Notice & Access.

Steve has been a member of NIRI since 2007.
Andrew Schulz
Programs Co-Chair: Andy Schulz is Sr. Director of Investor Relations for IHS, a position he has held since 2007. He joined IHS in 2004 as Director of Financial Reporting. Andy has over 15 years of experience, primarily in accounting and finance, including service at Price Waterhouse and MarkWest Hydrocarbon, Inc. Andy graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor's in business administration degree with an emphasis in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.

Andy has been a member of NIRI since 2007. He served as Treasurer of the Rocky Mountain Chapter for the 2008-2009 program year.

Karla Kimrey is Vice President of Cloud Peak Energy Inc. Previously, she held a number of investor relations positions with UAP Holdings, StorageTek. J.D. Edwards, KN Energy and Vista Gold Corp. She has been in the financial services industry since 1981. Karla graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor of science in finance and is a native of Colorado. She is on the board of the American Lung Association of Colorado.

Karla has been a member of NIRI since 1995. She previously served the Chapter as President, Secretary, Programs Chair and Membership Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter.
Anne Hite
Officer at Large: Anne Hite is the Investor Relations Manager for Golden Star Resources. Prior to this, she was the assistant portfolio manager/analyst for an investment management company and its emerging precious metals hedge fund. She has over 15 years of experience as a business/financial analyst in the mining industry. Anne holds an MBA with a finance emphasis from the University of Denver and a bachelor of science degree in geophysics. Anne has been a member of NIRI since 2006. She served as the Officer At Large for the Rocky Mountain Chapter for the 2008-2009 program year.

Brenda Bell is currently Senior Account Manager for Business Wire, a Berkshire Hathaway company. She has over 20 years experience in the newswire industry. Prior to joining Business Wire, Brenda was Regional Account Manager for PrimeNewswire and Regional Sales Manager for PR Newswire. While at PR Newswire, she oversaw the sales and marketing operations in Denver, Phoenix and Salt Lake City. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America, Zonta Club of Denver II and Zonta International.
