Andy SchulzPresident -
Andy Schulz is Vice President, Investor Relations, for IHS, a position he has held since 2010. Prior to that, he served as Sr. Director, Investor Relations, since 2007. He joined IHS in 2004 as Director of Financial Reporting. Andy has over 20 years of experience in investor relations, accounting and finance, including service at Price Waterhouse and MarkWest Hydrocarbon, Inc. Andy graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor's in business administration degree with an emphasis in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado. Andy has been a member of NIRI since 2007. He served as Treasurer of the Rocky Mountain Chapter for the 2008-2009, 2009-2010 program years, and Programs Co-Chair in 2010-2011.

Steve NuttVice President and Co-Chair Programs -
Steve Nutt is an Account Manager for Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (formerly ADP Investor Communications Services), which is the agent for banks and brokers and handles the distribution and tabulation of proxy materials. He started his career with Broadridge in May 2007, and is responsible for managing the Rocky Mountain Region including Iowa, Nebraska, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, and Utah. Nutt helps public companies with the annual meeting process including distribution of materials to all shareholders, advanced electronic shareholder communications and Transfer Agent services. Nutt is a native of Colorado and has over 14 years of experience in account management with an emphasis in technology. Nutt was a member of the Broadridge Steering Committee tasked with implementing and educating issuers on Notice & Access. Nutt has been a member of NIRI (National Investor Relations Institute) since 2007 and on the NIRI Board in his second term serving as the Vice President of Programs and served one term as the Vice President of Membership.

Andrea BrownVice President and Co-Chair Programs -
Andrea currently serves as Investor Relations Manager for Delta Petroleum Corporation, where she has been since 2008. She has over ten years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with the majority concentrating in Investor Relations. Prior to joining Delta, she was an integral part of the Investor Relations teams at Teton Energy and Western Gas Resources. Andrea is a graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with an emphasis in finance. Andrea Brown has been member of NIRI since 2003. This is her initial position on the NIRI executive board.

Heathe CooperVice President and Membership Chair -
Heathe Cooper is the Regional Manager, Rocky Mountain area, for Curran & Connors, Inc., designers of annual reports, branding, corporate literature and interactive media. Heathe joined C&C in 1993 as an Account Executive. After a very successful five years at the Company headquarters, she relocated to Denver to open the eleventh office of C&C, and quickly became Regional Manager of the area. Residing in Longmont, CO, she is in her 9th year of serving on the Board of Directors of The Longmont Humane Society, currently as Board Secretary. Heathe Cooper has been an active member of NIRI since 1998. She currently serves Vice President and Membership Chair and has previously served on the Membership, Sponsorship and the Golden Summit Committees.

Cary JerniganVice President, Secretary and Communications Chair -
Cary Jernigan is a Product Manager for Computershare in Golden, Colorado where she is responsible for product and service enhancement, client communications and engagement, and product training. Being with Computershare for the past ten years, she was also the director of a shareholder communications division, a project manager during a corporate integration for client services, and an account manager. Cary previously was a registered representative with Charles Schwab. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English, and holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from Regis University. Cary has been a NIRI member since 2011 and has assisted on the membership committee for the Rocky Mountain Chapter.

David Banks is Vice President of Investor Relations for DigitalGlobe, Inc. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, he was Vice President of Investor Relations at Fiserv, Inc. in Brookfield, Wisconsin. He led Investor Relations and Corporate Communications activities for First Data, Corp. from 2000-2005, and spent 13 years with US WEST in a variety of Investor Relations and Communications roles. He remains active in a number of non-profit endeavors. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and is a Colorado native.David has been a member of NIRI since 1996, and currently serves as the Vice President and Treasurer. He served on the executive board of the Rocky Mountain chapter in 2005 and 2006. He has more than 25 years as an Investor Relations Officer and Corporate Communications practitioner, having served as IRO at two Fortune 500 companies between 2000 and 2009

Previously, she was Manager of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for Hauser, Inc. in Boulder, Colorado. She holds an MBA from Washburn University. Suzanne has been a member of NIRI since 1999. She previously served as Secretary and Communications Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter for the 2008-2009 program year. She also served on the Membership Committee in 2005 and was Treasurer of the chapter in 2001.

Brenda Bell is currently Regional Manager for Business Wire, a Berkshire Hathaway company. She has over 20 years experience in the newswire industry. Prior to joining Business Wire, Brenda was Regional Sales Manager for PR Newswire. While at PR Newswire, she oversaw the sales and marketing operations in Denver, Phoenix and Salt Lake City. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America. Brenda has been a member of NIRI since 2001. She is a former Chapter President and previously served four consecutive terms as Vice President, Membership and Sponsorship. Brenda has also held the positions of Volunteer Coordinator, chaired the Golden Summit Awards Committee on two occasions and served on the Membership Committee.

Jane Okun Bomba is Chief Sustainability, IR, and Corporate Communications Officer for IHS. Jane is a member of the IHS Executive Team and joined the company in 2004 to lead IHS through an IPO.
